AP Intermediate Online Application Form 2023-2024
Officials has decided to Implement the Online Intermediate Admission Process in all Junior Colleges (Private Aided / Unaided (including Co-op.) / Incentive / APSWR / APTWR / APRJC / Kendriya Vidyalayas) in the State of Andhra Pradesh from the Academic Year 2023-2024 onwards. Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh is being introduced Computerized Automated Student Online Intermediate Admission System / E-Admissions for Intermediate courses. The Online admissions for Intermediate Course begin around the month of May / June every year.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates seeking admission into First year of Two year Intermediate Course in General or Vocational streams must have passed 10th class public Examinations (S.S.C) conducted by the Board of Secondary Education, AP OR equivalent Examination. Students of other Boards shall submit an eligibility certificate issued by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh.
- The order of merit of the candidates shall be on the basis of the Grade/Marks secured in each subject in the qualifying examination. However, the aggregate marks awarded by other Boards will be normalized with that of Board of Secondary Education, AP.
- In case of a tie in the Grade /Marks, the preference shall be followed in the order below:
(a) the grade / marks secured by the candidates in Mathematics for Science for BiPC and Social for Humanities MPC,
(b) the grade / marks secured in 1st Language
(c) the grade / marks secured in 2nd Language
(d) the grade / marks secured in 3rd Language
(e) the date of birth / age of the candidate (senior in age gets priority)
Payment of Processing fee : Processing fee can be paid through online using credit card or debit card or through internet banking or google pay etc. The details of online admission processing fee will be as follows

AP Inter Online Application Form 2023-2024 & Procedure
AP Intermediate Online Apply 2023 Process consists 4 steps, they are
- Registration & Fee Payment
- Submit Application Form
- Web Options Entry
- Seat Allotment & Confirm the seat
Step -1 : Registration & Fee Payment
- First Visit Official Portal ” bie.ap.gov.in“
- Click on Registration form and fill the details
- Click on Proceed to Payment
- Fill the Payment Details
- Click on Make Payment
- On Successful payment “Payment Succeeded” Message will be displayed
- Click on OK, Print Receipt will be displayed and Print the Receipt
- Candidate’s ID and Password will be sent to Registered Mobile No.
Step – 2 : Submit Application Form
The student needs to login to the website to submit the application. Follow the procedure below to submit the application
Click on LOGIN
- Enter Candidate’s ID, Password and Captcha and Click on Sign-in
- Fill the Additional Details, Click on Preview Details
Click on Submit if Data found correct else click on Edit and Correct the data and Click on Submit Application Successfully Registered message will be Displayed
Step – 3 : Web Options Entry
Follow the procedure below to give the web option
- Click on Web Options
- Select by Course / by college
- Enter required details in the Dropdown Lists
- Click on show Colleges
- Click on View to know about a particular College
- Select Colleges with Priority numbers and Second Language (Minimum 10 number of colleges should be selected)
- Save WEB Options to save the Data, If you need any corrections Delete WEB Options Select NEW Options and Save
- Print your Application
Step – 4 : Seat Allotment & Confirm the seat
Allotment Letter will be available in student’s LOGIN as per schedule. Visit College with Allotment Letter, Pay the FEE (Online / Offline) to Join. If the student didn’t get Allotment in any of the preferred Colleges in Phase-I, he/ she can proceed to the next Phase of admissions as per Schedule
