TS Gurukulam notification 2024 for 5th class Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications: The Students should be a bonafide of Class VI during the academic year 2022-23 in any Government School or any recognized school of Telangana State.
Age Limit: Candidates should have born between September 01, 2012 to August 31, 2014 (Age between 9-11 years as on 01.09.2024 are eligible) and 2 years exemption for SC,ST candidates. i.e Age between 9-13 years as on 01.09.2024 are eligible.(Between 01-09-2010 to 31-08-2014)
Income : The annual income of parents of the students should not cross
- Parents of Rural areas should cross Rs. 1,50,000 per annum.
- Similarly, for Urban areas parents, they’re per annum should not exceed Rs. 2,00,000.

TGCET Exam date 2024
Through this entrance exam, candidates can get admission in 5th class offered by various Gurukulam schools in Telangana state. The exam is organized by Telangana Residential Educational Institutional Society-TREIS. The TG Gurukul CET Entrance Exam is conducted in all districts throughout the state. Examination centers will be decided by concerned district DEOs.
TGCET 2024 will be held state wide on Feb 11, 2024 for class 5 admission during 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM
TS Gurukul CET exam syllabus & pattern 2024
Syllabus : The TGCET Entrance examination will be in the 4th class level with the following subjects.
- Telugu
- English
- Maths
- Mental Ability
- General Science
Exam Pattern :
The entrance test will be 100 marks in the objective type and examination time is 2 hours. Each Question carries 1 mark, OMR sheet is given for each candidates, Choose the correct answer and darken the relevant circle in the OMR sheet with a Blue I Black ball point pen. The Question Paper consists of Five parts are as follows
- Part A – 25 Marks (Q. No. 1 – 25) – English.
- Part B – 25 Marks (Q. No. ·26- 50) – Mathematics.
- Part C – 20 Marks (Q. No. 51 – 70) – Environmental Science.
- Part D’- 20 Marks (Q. No. 71 – 90) – Telugu.
- Part E – 10 Marks (Q. No. 91-100) – Mental Ability.

TGCET hall tickets 2024 available online at official portal tgcet.cgg.gov.in. Candidates who have submitted the application can download the Hall Ticket from 10 days before the Exam Date. Candidates assigned to one examination center will not be allowed to write the exam in another exam center. 10 minutes after the start of the entrance test is not allowed to write under any circumstances. Candidates are advised to arrive 30 minutes before the exam center and carry Blue / Black point Pen to the exam center.
