The Pay Revision Commission (PRC) was established and former IAS officer Biswal was chairman
The government issued a order on Friday (18th May 2018), setting up the first Pay Revision Commission (PRC) in Telangana. Former IAS officer Biswal has been appointed as the Chairman of the Pay Revision Commission@PRC to report on various issues of employees including salary hire and two former IAS officers, Uma Maheshwar Rao and Mohammed Ali Rafat appointed as commission members. The government has suggested to the PRC Commission to report within 3 months.

The Chief Minister is meeting with the Employee unions :
- In Pragati Bhavan, Chief Minister has discussed with the Employees unions for six hours.
- Employees JAC’s eighteen demands were placed before the CM. The Chief Minister responded positively to them
- The Chief Minister said that the ” Interim Relief @ IR” would be announced on June 2, on the occasion of formation of Telangana.
- The Chief Minister said that the Tribunal Wage Amendment Committee would be set up in two days and will report it by August 15.
