The state government has focused on strengthening Gurukulam Institutions. As part of the KG to PG Free Education Program, The Govt will work to increase facilities for the BC, Sc, ST and Minority Gurukulams. The government has begun to recruit teaching and non-teaching staff to provide quality education in Gurukul Schools & Colleges.
The Ministry of Finance has taken a green light to recruitment of 1863 posts in minority gurukulams. Chief Secretary Ramakrishna Rao issued the order in this regard on 18th May. Finance Secretary has ordered Telangana Residential Educational Institutions Recruitment Board (TRIEB) to start recruitment process.
In the 1863 posts, Junior Lecturers, PGT’s, TGT’s, PDs and librarian posts are available. The Finance Ministry has directed the Telangana Minorities Residential Educational Institutions Society (TMREIS) to give the information needed for the recruitment of posts in Gurukal Vidyalayas.
