The Chief Secretary Dinesh Kumar issued a notice on Friday. The report has to be submitted to the government within a year from the date of taking over. The order includes the provisions of the order to be followed. The committee has been constituted on the basis of a request from the Employees, Teachers, university employee, retirement employees and other employees. The 11th Pay Revision Commission is the duty to follow.
